How-To: Homemade Grille (Plastic)

I was getting tired of being able to clearly see my radiator from the front so i decided to try and make a grill for the front end. BTW click to make the pictures bigger

this is before: you can see the radiator and oil cooler easily

i took some plastic grating that i had laying around and found that it would do the job:



i removed the stock grill and found some mounting points:

from there i took a smaller piece of the grate and painted it black,and placed it behind the stock to see how would fit:

from there i cut out and painted the rest of the material. I had to make it two pieces because of lack of material:

i devised a nut and bolt arrangment that allowed me to move the grill forward and back:
