Tools needed:

Start by removing the plastic molding. First remove the plug by pulling it out slightly with your nails, then use the needle nose plyers. Pull out straight to reduce chance of breaking the part.

Next Unbolt the 2 bolts that require a T-50 bit. If you have the right tools you can skip unbolting the bolt shown with a red circle and just unbold the bold shown with a red square.

Now using a metric normal socket unbolt the remaining bolts.

Now you could call it quits or you could remove the seat belt reciever. After doing it, I dont know if i would do it again...

Here are the steps I took to remove the seat belt reciever...

Unbolt the seatbelt from the door using tools listed above.

Now remove the trim around where the belt goes into the door. It has a cut in the back to make for easy removeal. I used my finger nails again to pry it out.

I Unbolded the seatbelt reciever (sorry i forgot to take a pic of it) and now i had I wanted to fill the hole so that I dont loss stuff in the new hole. I used the handy mans secret weapon. You don't have to unbolt the seat from the bracket to remove them. You can just unbolt the bracket and remove the seats that way.

Better to remove seats in one piece

As suggested above, just remove the four 13mm and one T50 bolt in each bracket, and remove the seats intact. Saves a lot of work.
