I need a 1998+ Ford Ranger regular cab short bed gas tank skid plate with mounting brackets.

Thats going to be hard to ship and expensive. You would be better off getting one at a junkyard.

 

I would be better off getting one at a junkyard. However, most of the U-Pull it's have been stripped of any salavagable metals, probably for scrap. Then the high end junkyards with newer Rangers won't even let their crew memebers take them off, most likely to try and rebuild them.

I wouldn't image it would be too bad to ship if you could disassemble the bracket and then in turns into a thin metal object.

I really only need the brackets. Somebody has to have an extra one laying around. The dealer wants 70 dollars. (bah)

Anyone know of any junkyards in the Southern IN or Northern KY area?

it came off a 94 ext cab, isnt it the same?

 

Do you have a picture of it? I could either drill holes or cut part of it off. I would rather have to much metal rather than not enough. Does it have the mounting brackets?
