I think they are metra brand, and I have four. They are for putting 6.5" speakers in the 6x8 spot. I used them for a while but now I have 6x8s all around so I don't need them. asking $12 shipped, it's very reasonable. Any lower and It's not worth the shipping + gas + my time. might get pics later if you need them, but they are really nothing special. They make 6.5" speakers fit in your Ranger, that's it.
