BUGGMAN 3rd Brake Light LED Conversions (ky)
Here's my latest creation, my "brightest in the world" 3rd Brake Light LED conversions.
I've been refining my design a bit (to make it a little easier to put them together, but the light output is still stupid bright) and I'm nearly finished with a new batch of Ranger Cargo, Ranger All Red & a VERY limited number of Super Duty models. These are based on my 2016 "brightest in the world" model with a few minor changes... you probably won't even notice the changes & they'll be hidden once you install it anyhow  I have plans to put a couple of these on evilBay but they will be a bit more expensive there to help cover the fees, but all my Ranger friends will get the best deals on them  As always these are 100% plug-n-play. If your truck didn't come with cargo lights but you'd like to have a cargo light, you can easily tap into the door switched power wire at your dome light, run a wire back to the 3rd brake light & tap into the cargo light wiring. Cargo light versions $95+sh All red versions $90+sh Super Duty versions $TBD |
You already know I want a cargo light when you get one done...

Would the cargo light be bright enough to wire into the backup light circuit for extra lighting. I do not need a cargo light, but extra backup lighting would be nice.

Can you build in a brake light flasher? Looking for a third brake light that replicates the superbrightled I have on my bike.
"Brake light flashes 3 times once per minute and returns to steady lighting between intervals." https://www.superbrightleds.com/more.../#tab/Overview |
thanks for the idea's :)

How is that 3rd brake light working out.
I see your thread was put in a while ago but I am new to the site and need to replace my headliner, dome light and looking into adding a light to truck bed through that brake light. |
