I made cardboard templates for the mounts and had the 3/8" plate cut on a cnc, I bent the tube (2 1/2" with 3/16" wall I think) and welded it

I'll try to dig up some older pics, I've also got a trailer and could meet somewhere half way if your not near toledo

looks like its too low to me.....there is like 2-3 inches between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the fender...and it looks like it sticks into the wheel well a little bit....seems like for 700 it should fit better...IMO
