man that is a nice set up, I currently have a 6 amplified bazooka but would love to replace it with this setup!

Capriman86 06-17-2013 07:20 AM

It sounded great, I had it listed on another site and Craigslist, kinda surprised I still have it, just lowered it to $250 which is a steal in my opinion.

You are not too far ;)

joe02 06-17-2013 07:47 AM

I know, if I could sell my bazooka I would def pick it up. I just put a double din Pioneer DVD touchscreen so spent a little more than I was planning to. my Bazooka sounds great but I like your setup. Its hard to sell because its specific to only our trucks. Let me see if I can sell my tube which is easier to ship.

Capriman86 06-19-2013 12:59 PM

I hear ya, no worries, just hit me up if you sell it or end up wanting it.
I will tell you this, it will surely hit a lot harder then the bazooka ;)
Sounds really good and I need to get something into my daily driver to replace it at some point.
Just not sure what I want yet.

It's not light, someone asked me to get a quote once and it wasn't pretty, that was with UPS packaging and shipping it. Turned out they wanted $90 in shipping costs even though it was 27lbs but they have to charge at over $100 due to size and then a retarded $68 to box it for a total of $158 to ship it

I wish I could roll it up like floor mats LOL

I might opt to get a bumper box from my local body shop and go to town trying to pack it.
I think Fedex might be cheaper as well.

Dunno......

02slammedranger 06-26-2013 11:23 AM

Alright yeah thats way more then i wanna spend

Capriman86 06-26-2013 11:27 AM

If I can get the shipping down to under $75, is there any interest?
I just don't want to go through all the trouble of trying to pack it for nothing, you know what I mean.

I would never charge more then what they want so if it came in less, you pay actual.

Capriman86 06-26-2013 11:55 AM

Hrmmmm to you using 35lbs and the dimensions off of the web (slightly increased for packaging) it comes in at $30ish via Fedex Home Delivery to ship it to you.......

I would have to take it to a Fedex place to confirm as I have shipped things via the web with them and got hit later for more charges

02slammedranger 06-26-2013 12:30 PM

Alright man ill let you know. I got a line on something right now but if it falls through i might take yours

Capriman86 06-26-2013 12:38 PM

Works for me, as I don't have time to try to pack it right away anyway, thanks bro

CJGSAY 07-08-2013 12:06 PM

If this is available to be shipped to 55128 could you send me the a PM with what the total would be please? Thanks.

Capriman86 07-08-2013 12:44 PM

I haven't had anytime to pack it to be honest, with the holiday and going away with the Mrs.
I will stop by the body shop this week and see what I can do about getting a bumper box to try to pack this thing up and get back to you.

CJGSAY 07-12-2013 02:30 PM

Just let me know. I just got back from Fort Bragg so just shoot me a PM

Capriman86 07-13-2013 07:40 AM

I am slated to take my car to the body shop for wednesday for some paintless dent removal, but I hope to get a box before that. I just haven't had any time, which is why I was hoping for a local buyer but that doesn't seem to be working. Hang in there with me bud and I will try to do something, its just not my top priority right this minute and I apologize. I do assure you if we DO box it, shipment is top priority and their won't be any delays on a sale, just need to find the time/material to pack the dang thing.

Thanks!

Capriman86 08-26-2013 09:31 AM

Family issues have prevented me from getting anywhere with boxing this, are there any locals interested? If not I am going to attempt to get somewhere with packing it since I have a "little" more free time.
