i dont think there are any dents on the chrome. the plastic has some scratches but i think it would clean up pretty good. the red stuff in the picture is primer overspray. oops. yeah $20 i could get you a few more pics tomorrow if you like

Nope. You could take the valence off because its been cut out for my front hitch, and put on a fog light valence
