plain radio bezel

I am looking for a plain radio bezel. The one I am looking for only has a cigarette lighter. Will also need the air conditioner vent with it. Preferably black. This is for a 95 2wd Ford Ranger. I know some of the Mazda and Explorer bezels are the same. Will need shipped amount to 88031.
