Mine has the two bars in the middle. Replaced with the "honey comb" model a year or so ago. No emblem. Would send to you for shipping. (Just setting on a shelf in garage, waiting for a new home or new use.) When you get it, you can decide what it is worth, if more than shipping.
one of the plastic tabs was broken when we took it off. Did not seem to cause a problem, as we did not know it was missing. No idea what the shipping would be, but KS isn't too far.
Let me know if you are interested. Our mail is not going out until Monday. I would have to find a box, too.
