$25 each and that includes shipping to the US. Canada add $5 more for shipping.

Would I have the mod anything to make that work in my 99 or will it just bolt on?

It should just screw right in. I believe it is only the 04+ that needs another wire run.

Yup. 04+ you have to run an extra wire.

Yeah just put one in my 04 today. the regular light works when you open the door but I have to run a new wire for the map lights to work. I also had to force the screw into the one hole used to ground the light because the ground hole is there but different than the 04+ dome light.
