I have a sct tuner i bought from lasota racing and i didnt notice a difference and i can use the money now...i only used it twice and i have the cd with it too....its currently locked and it has a 93 performance and towing tu2ne and a 87 tune...i dont know what to ask so 200 obo...

He's just being honest. If it were unlocked, I would have bought it anyway regardless of what he thought of the product. Just means he probably didn't know how to fully utilize the programmer.

I ended up texting him and buying this from him. I showed him how to unlock it by unmarrying (is that a word) it to his truck. Tuner is on its way!
