Texas Star DX400 CB amplifier - Illinois
Would any of you guys be interested in a Texas Star DX400 CB amplifier? I tried to sell it on Ebay once but they removed it because of some crappy FCC regulations.. I got it from a buddy that removed it from his semi to install a larger amp. It's been sitting in my hobby room ever since I tried to sell it on Ebay. My uncle has it right now. He's a CB buff and took it to test it out and said it works flawlessly. His home CB (sideband I think? - I know it's not a HAM setup)(we've got him a 160' tower I think) setup can reach from here in Illinois to Louisiana on a good day, so I trust him to know his s h i t.
Any interest??? If so, what would you give for it? It's in great shape. A couple scuffs/scratches but no major damage. The writing on one or two of the buttons is slightly worn off but still readable from my memory.. Like this one: http://www.starelectronicsandcommuni...il/400xmtr.jpg GB  |
