just out of curiosity. how does it attach?

 

there are 4 bolts per side. the bolts that hold the latch and the hinge portion of the factory tailgate.

this gate doesnt flip open or fold down...

the idea of it was to stiffen up the sides of the bed so it doesnt flop all over when wheeling.

 

Maybe $30 would be my guess

 

that looks sweet. too bad it doesn't open or hold smaller items in the bed. but still sweet.

that would be uber sweet if there was a spare tire carrier attached to it.

 

if anyone lives close i will add whatever to it... if you want a spare tire carrier i am sure it can be added.
