I have one of the old winch mounts designed by eguy208? a while back. I forgot who i got it from but It worked great for me.. obviously i can't use it anymore.. Fits all 98+ that i know of.

It simply bolts to where the factory tow hooks do. I just need to straighten out the fair lead tabs or you can make your own.
