Xentec 6000k HID 9007 (NC)

Im selling my HID kit from Xentec, only problem is that one of the ballast is shot due to all the rain that we had here the last couple of weeks/months. Water somehow got past the grommet that plugs into the trucks harness to the ballast and shorted out the ballast. I know its the ballast because I have switched it out with the only current working one and the bulb comes on but shuts itself off after 2-5mins. Both bulbs are good, I always made sure that they stayed on for atleast 5 mins. Only one ballast works but all the wiring is good, I cleaned out the corroded connectors with contact cleaner and made sure that it still works.

Im asking $40.

x2 my xentec's did the same thing the passenger ballast went out replaced it and the drivers side then went out. Need to find a good placement where no water or moisture will get to them. I guess to prevent this is to wrap the connectors good with some electrical tape. Are the bulbs high/low? Or just Low beam only?

just low beam... if it comes down to it I can prolly sell the stuff individually... first id rather get rid of it as a whole. And yes it was the passenger side that went out, drivers side ballast still works like a charm. If I cant get this sold anyone know how much a replacement ballast costs?

I think they're $25. I actually have a ballast in my garage that I think is good Phill. Your welcome to it if you want it, I have a set of 6000k bulbs as well.
