Carpeting a bed?

i hae an 03 with a nice camper cover, and i was wondering if anyone had ever seen someone carpet a bed (much like the back of a van with the seats out), i think it would be prety nice, considering i dont do alot of hauling dirty stuff, and as i was considering putting an air mattress, some 12v sockets (maybe with a second battery just in case) and other minor comforts, as i wanna use it for camping, and i wanna be cmfortable, as well as i'm sure my girlfriend would appreciate it.

it'll fade and mold up after a couple of months. Spend the money and get a bedrug. BedRug

+1 on the Bedrug. Buddy of mine had one in a full size without a top or cover. Looked like it was brand new a year after he put it in. Cleaned up easy too!

The BedRugs are nice. You can easily pull it out if you did need use of the bed.

those bedrugs do look nice, i was almost thinking about making the bed look like the back of my 02 Chevy Astro, because in the back you can see where the floor is actually molded like a truck bed. thats really smart that its plastic though, how much dothey go for? i cant see the whole website because my home connection is so slow.
