OHC Install Question

Can someone please measure the distance of the end of the headliner to the cut they made for the bracket?

theres a template on here some where you can find and print out

i saw that and printed it out but it didnt line up with the bracket. it looked smaller in size

does the tip of the ohc hit the tip of the headliner? or does the ohc go past the tip of the headliner by a little?

while tapping into the dome light i broke the clip off to where it attaches to the cab and now that its all plugged in i might of blown a fuse? the dome light is not turning on or anything? any suggestions?

its the 2 plugs that go to the domelight, i broke them off the clip when taking out the light, and its plugged in with no domelights or ohc lights working

so the dome light for the truck and dome lights on the OHC dont work?

check your fuses, might have popped one. if you plugged it back in atleast the truck d/l should work. Maybe you shorted something when you tapped the OHC lights to it.

that I wouldnt know...I think the lid shows the fuse info as well as ur owner's manual. My 05 has different fuse box than you do I think.

weird, works for me. I dont think we have spares. Just look for #26 fuse and make sure its not blown....if it is, pull a 10 from another spot and use that, if it pops again u have a short somewhere.

#4 left headlamp. If it blows that one you still have one light :D

first thing is to check the fuse, no need in worrying about replacing if its not blown

ok, replace with 10A, if it pops, you have a problem....trace ur wires and make sure you have no exposed wires and everything is hooked up where it should be

10 amp fuse = 10A...........15A = 15 amp fuse
