will 60/40 seats from a '03 extended cab fit in a '97 single cab?

no. ext cab tracks are a different length than reg cabs. and before someone suggests swapping the tracks, it won't work without cutting and welding.

My ’03 does and swapping seats out of a ’98 Ext Cab was a bolt in.

if your seats have bolt in tracks give it a try, might be easy swap.

The cab was extended 3" in 98. The 97-older were 3" shorter in the regular cabs.
