Ya the dash fits great, the dash has some wood on it. The wood in the bed, and dash has all been stained an ebony color. Kinda like blackwood. My buddy and I are goin to build a center console pretty soon.

Love it man, but I'm not a huge fan of the front end. It's still a great looking truck though!

The front end is gangster as.... Thanks though. I got the hood and grill in the shop right now. Nice change is about to happen. Two weeks.

I had MT designs do some center console renderings.

I liked the bottom rendering, MT designs is building a custom center console, it will have some billet cup holders and a black and gray leather wrap.

In progress.

First off thanks for the comments. I was starting to think I was doing it wrong or this forum is getting quiet.

Kyle, the console will have black carpet on the side with gray matching the seats on top.

Grev, kinda the console is exactly 10 inches wide. I narrowed the cav seats about an inch on each side.

Test fit went well. Took some measurements and got some ideas for the boot.

OK on the narrow seats.

Consoles looks good test fit…
The boot area look bog too, are you going to fill in around it more. before doing a boot.

Is the B&M Slap shifter staying, do you know the trick to make it a slap shifter ?
I used the Mr Gasket Vertical Gate on my ’88/5.0 Ranger but I think it was the same shifter.

Keep the pics coming.

Looks sweet. You plan on building anything to match up to the dash?

Yes the test fit was to get it sitting level and take some measurements to build around the boot. Its still in the works. I took the T handle off the shifter for mock up. I may be going with another ****. This truck has a TH350 transmission, thats the secret.

Thanks, Abe is coming along slowly. Mr. C upholstery is ready to wrap the center console Marcus over at MT designs finished up. He talked me into color matching the half wrap steering wheel with the seats. These items are going into the shop this week. The guages are going to be addressed hopefully before LST. :aa:

Pic of the new air cleaner. The hood still is at East Texas Jason's shop getting some things taken care of.

Looks to me like classic 60's era gauges retrofitted to work with that engine.

Maybe 50's

They should be cable driven gauges. Find a pre 95 ranger dash. Those ones were cable driven. Parts might be able to be modified.

Thanks guys, I just got home from Mr. C upholstery. We went with a floating style center console. Black carpet on the side with gray top. The half wrap billet got the matching treatment too. I overexposed the photos like a boss. Time to work out the gauges.

East Texas Jason sent me a pic of Abe's hood and grill in primer today.
