Thats very true, my drivers side doesn't slide that much but my passengar side slides every time someone steps on it. I drive barefoot a lot so I like having that carpet floor mat to put my foot on. But I like being able to throw those in the back when i got my muddy boots on. Thats just me though

Why do you need floormats? You have vinyl floor? No need for them. You can spray the interior out when it gets dirty.

I hate my carpet. Vinyl is 100% better.
From the previous vehicles that I have had that were vinyal, all of the floors always looked dirty no matter how good I cleaned them. I like the interior to look clean and I think carpet looks better.

Carpet is so much more 'comfy' for long drives.

Husky liners huh? I have a set. Carpet screws didn't hold and now they slide around all day. Not cool when you are driving and you let go of the clutch but it doesn't come up until you realized what happened and it dumps on you.

Armor All wipes take care of it.

Don't use tire shine on the vinyl floor lol, it looks great but then it makes it into a slip-and-slipe. Simple green works the best for me.

I dont know dude. I tried that stuff on some of my vinyl floors and in no time it was dirty again because that stuff is a magnet for dust and dirt.

Its a floor. They get dirty. If you want it clean take your shoes off before you get it. That is the only answer.

Did you have a floormat on top of it? Simple green works great for me, I just take out the floormats and knock all the stuff that gets on them off and vacumn out the interior. Stays nice and black.

here they are... was cleaning my truck out before lunch...

and the reason I have them is so if I spill Coke I just have to clean floor mats rather than the whole darn floor, and that would start to smell bad...

this is my Daily Driver and yes I'm OCD about it... sorry

Umm, my floors are almost always clean. I clean my mats about every other weekend. Sorry, I like my stuff clean.

So why are you asking what to use if they are always clean? You obviously know what to use.

I have the floor mats from Ford. They hold a ton of mud and water in them.

I got mine from Costco. They were like $7 after a $5 off coupon! They are great. They are smooth on the back and they have 5 or 6 1" rubber dots that hold them in place and keep them from sliding.

I love my vinyl floor but I like the carpet too. My girlfriend hates the vinyl flooring. I currently have my floor mats out for the winter but as soon as it is warm again I will toss them back in.

Also floor mats work great if you are stuck to help you get some traction....

They are about $60ish, but I didn't buy them. Ford did after melting one of mine while they were welding a new left side inner fender on. I guess there was actually a little fire from what I'm told(dealership did not tell me this).

I don't get it. I was wanting one of those Digital Fit like you posted and they make them for the 2008 Ranger? Why can't they just have them under 01-08 the floor pan is the same? Well I'm going to go with those one's because I know how well they hold up. Thanks for the post.

Nice, so they do make them for Ranger. This may work for us, don't all the 3rd gen have the same floor?

im pretty sure the floor is the same and they should fit, i took a couple pics, excuse the fact that the interior is disgusting and that i have wires running everywhere for my temporary sirius install
