Anyone relocated box behind floor cubby?

Im about to start sound deadning my truck and would like to relocate the lil box thats behind/under the floor cubby/holder. Anyone done this?

I'm pretty sure its not supposed to be moved. Thats what controls the airbags and all that fun stuff
