arm-rest + front lighting
 

ok folks i have searched and would like to ask anyone for help.

#1 her armrest functions on the hinge well, but the lid is broken to pieces. is there an inexpensive part/repair for this? i keep finding parts online but i do not think it is the lid and its like $50-90 bucks....boneyard hunt??? i have searched for this heritage ARM100 part everywhere and cant find / out of stock

#2 she had no bright lights, i ordered a complete set of new lenses. while replacing them i saw a cut GR/BL wire on the passenger side headlight bulb wiring harness. reconnected that and now i click the stick and i get 1 bright light and the dash light lights up (neither-bright or the dash light functioned before when i clicked the stick)

#3 WHAT ARE THE FRONT LIGHTS FOR ??? obviuosly the headlight works on dim and 1 bright. the long horizontal lens below the headlight operates as the turn signal. the small odd shaped lens above the turn signal, outside the headlights, i cannot get them to light up.
does not function with turn signals, do not fxn with headlights or when parklight switch on, do not fxn as hazard light???
what is it supposed to be so i can at least power the correct switch on and and try to get it lit???

I pulled ALL fuses on the driver side of the dash and replaced them all with correct ones per the owners manual.
any ideas where to look to fix these problems???
driver side harness was not cut as far as i could tell. guess i need to put a meter on it.
