A black Console would go nice in mine too but I have not seen one for a price that is reasonable.

I don't know if you're still looking for one but I can check on one for you tomorrow if you'd like. I found a salvage yard on the net that I'm buying the whole Lvl II twin stick setup out of. Their prices seem real reasonable on the stuff I'm getting. I'll ask them if the truck still has a console and what they'd want for it. If they have one I'll pass on their name and number to you. I just don't feel like giving out their name and number until I get my stuff first. I don't want someone local going down and beating me out of the stuff first. ;)

OK on the info and yes check on a shorty console not the full length.

I'll let you know what I find out. If it still has the console it'll be the shorty since its a twin stick truck as I believe they didn't put the full length in a manual. If they did dont worry cause I'd buy it and sell you my shorty. Either way you'd end up with one. :)

Sorry to get your hopes up but he said the console was already gone other than that the truck was pretty complete. I then decided to asked him what kind of damage the truck had and he said front end damage. I figured the tow hooks were toast so I decided to see if the Lvl II two hooks were lucky enough to survive. He said yes but one of his yard guys saw them first and had already taken them. He told me "his guy wanted them because they were chrome and something was different about them." He might not of let him have them if he knew what kind of value they have. :shock:

If you do, what do you think the one you have is worth ?

There are a lot of the Explorer Full length unit in Ken’s so all you need to do it locate one that you like.

What did you have in mind Black, grey ?

depends if u want the arm rest with it or not because that thing is worth 70 bucks (i traded a pair of hellas for it) i paid 40 for the console itself when i got my seats. the full length im looking at is silver out of an explorer sport. i just need to find a lid for it

Did you check the Consoles at Ken’s JY in NH ?
There were two Sports with full length Consoles.
I was going to pull both (if I got Ken to agree) for sale on the Web along with what ever i could pull of the other small items people are looking for.

Let me know if you get that far and I MAY have a line on the two-tome grey setup too but please don’t sell yours before you talk to me.

i will be going to Ken’s today or tomorrow, what color and a pic of the console, just to be sure.

I ended up going to the JY yesterday and picked up a center console.
Different than I started out wanting but I was thinking it might be a good idea.
I got the one that has the removable bag, I hope the bag holds up.
Got an extra bag also; one bag will be for general stuff and the other will be setup for my Camera and a couple of Lenses.

The console is dk grey but the Arm Rest is a little lighter color, may have to have it done over in Dk Grey or Blk..
The bags are both black Nylon.

If it doesn’t work out at least another shorty will bolt in.

Yup and nope… yes I got a console so you guys won’t have to listen to me for a while and no on the ride; about an hour, half of the ride is through small towns.
