Black Leather Wrapper Steering wheel

is "black leather wrapper" a brand of steering wheel?

when i first read it I thoght you wanted a leather steering wheel cover...in which case you'd need ten bucks and a trip to checker auto

Im pretty sure he's lookin for an OEM leather steering wheel- check out ebay and search for an explorer ('95-01) steering wheel, they are the exact same as rangers and arent going for that much
