Recovering explorer visor?

Recovering explorer visor?
I am changing my headliner out from a stock looking one to a more sporty color matched green. This, then makes the visors standout a little too much. My interior theme is mostly black with some green.
I am hoping to paint/dye or recover these visors in something black, but I don't know how to go about doing so. Is it possible to keep the mirrors aswell? Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.

I wouldn't even go near them with a can of dye. headliner cloth and cloth in general doesn't dye very well. normally ends up hard and crusty. in my opinion, nothing is worth dying. I would rather wrap a piece in new material. It's gonna hold up better, look better, and will probably be cheaper. that's just my opinion from doing this daily.
anyways, i've covered several sets of explorer visors. yes, you can keep the mirrors. what kind of material do you want? black headliner, suede? I would be willing to cover them for you if you wanted. pm me if you do.
here are a couple that i have done recently.
These have been covered in black suede. i'm getting ready to do mine soon in charcoal suede.
