I have a 2001 ranger xlt with the extended rear doors. I replaced the latch cable ends but the door still will not lock at the top or release at the bottom. If I unhook the cables from the handle it will lock and unlock with a pare of pliers. I think I need to replace the cables but can't find them on any site except for a f150. Any idea where I can get the upper and lower 1/2 door cables
