New seats

Hey ive got a 97 reg cab and i am looking for some new seats, i was told explorer seats are thicker then a rangers, im 6 1 so i need as much space as possible, i dont want to lose any room at all, any ideas?

Get a set of buckets out of an extended cab and swap the seat tracks over. That'll get rid of the split bench and they are much more comfortable. Then you get could an explorer center console to "lean on".

will newer ranger seats still fit, like out of an 03?

New ranger seats should be fine. If you grab explorer power seats, they should be able to lower plenty.

they do!!!!

believe me!

i'm 5'6 and if i bottom the power seats out in my truck, i have trouble seeing the end of the hood...and if i slide them all the way back i can't touch the pedals

if i use the explorer powers i have to mod the tracks correct?
