Manual to electric windows

I am thinking about doing a manual to electric window conversion and I wanted to know who all has done it and if so if anyone had recommendations on parts and where they got them and also how hard is installation because I'm thinking about getting someone to install but I'll get the parts. One more thing I wanted to know what switch kits will fit both two window buttons and a lock button on the driver side. Thanks

I did the manual window to power window conversion. I got mine off ebay, heh. I got it from the Seller "Audio Adapters" if I remember right. Kit was about 100 bucks shipped, maybe a little more. (Its the AutoLoc kit also) But anyways. I ordered it, ripped off the door panel and for the install, all I did was wire the PRE-WIRED harness that it comes with through the door looms on both sides, through the dash, and to an ACC Power and Grounding. I had to get a metal grinder and cut some of the sheet metal from around the crank itself to get the crank from the new motor around it. Once that was done, use the stuff it came with and than mounted the motor on the door. The install was probably a 3-4 hour install after everything, its honestly not that hard or complicated. Comes with 2 switches for the drivers side and 1 for the passengers side that are all illuminated too. Hope this helps. If you have questions ask.

So did you do it or did I waste my time typing that up?
