washed it with hot water and dish soap. it worked way better than any stupid cleaner which is sad lol that spot towards the front is epoxy which will be sanded off. had to fix the crack it had from me kicking it off

paint actually already came in it said not recommended to use unless the can temperature is 70* its 50 out now and i took a risk and did 1 part of the console but it came out great. I'll probably wait to do the entire thing when its nice and warm out. Glad i found out about this paint. it came out much better than plastic interior trim i've painted in the past with krylon fusion

Dude, Trim black is AWESOME paint.
And that console piece you painted came out really good man. What did you do to prep it?
Does it look like this? I've got about 10 cans in the garage. It works good for outside stuff too like mirrors, door handles, window trim and Wiper arms.

I went to an auto-body supply store and they had trim black but they said that's mainly for exterior trim
This is what I used, it's specifically for interiors
The color is called landau black.
All I did for prep is what SEM recommends which is washing with hot water and soap
