I was wondering if anyone has installed explorer seats and the explorer console into an edge. I bought a pair of electric bucket seats and the center console. The bolt holes are off pretty bad on the seats so I am going to have to make new brackets for them. I didnt try to fit the console in but I am thinking the hump in the back of the edge is going to screw up the console so I might have to but and fiberglass it. I have a standard cab. Anyone do this on an edge yet. If so can you post some pictures?

These seats will not fit in a Regular Cab. The tracks will however fit in an extended cab. The console will fit however. It will be a tight fit but it squeezes in there nicely to keep the console nice and secure.

 

So I am going to have to cut my 60 40 seat or make some sort of new brackets for the electric ones. Heh Fun. Anyone have pictures of a center console installed in a ranger?

 

what kind of seats did you buy? material? condition? maybe want to sell them?? haha

 

I had one installed in my std cab. Since you have a automatic it will be alot easier to install than mine was. I have some pics of what it looks like, but nothing with the seats out or anything.
