Explorer seats installed

Finally got the Explorer seats installed. No real problems, but quite a few test fits and some grinding to remove unneeded brackets from the track and enlarging bolt holes. Now they need a good cleaning and I am ready to ride.

The link is where the pictures are located. Thanks drppdyllwrngr for your help and cooperation.

Thanks. I have to adjust the position of the console and find a better way to locate the seat belt buckles.

On my original Ranger seats, the buckles were bolted to the seat bottom frame. I just duplicated their position on the Explorer seat bottom frame. After removing the Explorer seat belt parts (this took some work with a cut off wheel), I found the same position on the Explorer seat that matched the Ranger seat. There was a hole there that had to be enlarged and tapped to accept the buckle bolt. I also cut a slot to accept the anti-rotation tab on the Ranger seat belt buckle. Then I cut some small holes so I would be able to get the bolt and anti-rotation tab through the fabric on the side of the seat cushion. It works fine for me, but it needs some of the buckle covers that the newer Explorers have. I have up loaded some pictures of the buckles installed on the Explorer seats in my SnapFish photo album. You should be able to use the same link. If you need/want more pictures let me know.
