Explorer Seats, OHC & More ?'s

I recently found someone with a 98-99 (thought it was a 00-01 at first) Explorer 4dr 4x4 auto that he bought for a few parts for a hot rod project he's working on.
He's currently using 2 of the wheels & tires on his hot rod rolling chassis, but when we get a chance, I'm going to see if they're 15" wheels... hopefully I'll be in luck.

The motor & tranny have been sold (I think he got enough out of them to recoup what he paid for the entire suv) and the front end is pretty much gone, BUT most of the interior is in good shape.

I already grabbed the radio bezel (no radio), dome light & GEM & I'm thinking about getting the center console, power seats, short OHC, rear view mirror, computer, most of the dash & instrument cluster, fuse boxes and whatever else I can get unbolted or cut loose before he takes it to the scrap yard.

The seats are in pretty good condition, cloth & the same color as my 96 ex cab ranger, so I'll probably grab them just to see if they'll fit (he wants about $50 for both seats).
From my quick look at the seats, they are power but I didn't look closely enough to see if they were heated.
Do I need to get the female seat belt buckle (or is it connected to the seat brackets??)
Aside from leaving plenty of wire on the power seat harnesses, are there any other wiring connections on the seats or seat belts that I should grab too?
Almost forgot... what size is the torx/star bit needed to remove the seat belt parts??

The console had audio buttons (vol, etc) in a panel on the back side of the console, so I believe it has the subwoofer option although I don't need or want the sub...I guess I can remove the sub & replace whatever gets removed with the sub inside.

The OHC is a short one, but it's missing the rear door or cover & I don't know if any of the sensors made it past the cutting torch when he cut out the grill & motor, so I don't know what I'd need to get the OHC up & running.

I believe the rear view mirror had a LED display or readout & several buttons but I only looked it at it for a second. What all do I need to cut out (wiring & sensors) to get the rearview working properly??

Can anyone think of anything else worthy of removing from the Explorer??
Anything else I need for the seats, console, mirror & OHC?

Thanks
