I know this was years ago you posted this link but thank you soooo much. Everywhere I've looked don't have the exact plugs nor what they're called (some say drainage plugs but only for the bed). I'd bought some from temu and they're super small for no reason at all, Amazon only has for Jeep Wranglers for some reason and they seem to be nonexistent at any of the local part stores. I'm done de-rusting my cab floors ready to put in the plugs since those are messed up like the initial poster said theirs was. Whew I'm glad somebody else asked this question. I'll be looking on this website from now on. You're greatly appreciated!
