Gauge overlays...any good?

Saw this on ebay and thought it looked pretty nice. Anyone have any experience/thoughts on these?

Those are pretty close to mine and man I love mine! They are great because you can get them on without taking off the needles which saves a lot of hassle..id sure recommend them...I get tons of compliments on mine!

I would highly recommend getting the ones that slip over the needles... much, much, much less hassle!

Those are a heck of a lot cheaper than the NuImage overlays I have and they look darn good too! You should get 'em for sure.

I'm assuming that all the idiot lights are in the same place as the overlays, right? Also, it looks like there's some wiring that needs to be done with these. Is that much of a hassle?

I've got almost the same one. The only dislike is the fact that you have that extra on/off switch which turns the indiglo or whatever on. i've got it just kinda hangin there between the clear screen and the dash plastic. The damned sticker on the back of the switch won't adhere to anything.

Do you think it would be possible to tap into the parking lamp switch so the indiglo switch didn't need to be there?

That's exactly what i have planned next time when i pull my dash apart. I dunno if it'll work, but i'm going to try....and if it don't work, i'll just mount a mini rocker switch on my air bag switch panel.
