the top grey panel? how do u take it out.

i got a screw driver and hit the plastic pieces from the back to push them back through but once its off its off..you gotta glue it back on or rig it up..i couldnt figure a way to get it on easily...

it wont pop back in? what did u use to get it to stay?

i drilled out the plugs that held it on

then with a washer and selftaping screw, i attached it back to the door

If you mean take it off the door, that piece doesn't come off separately. The whole door panel is basically one piece with the handle and switch area snapping on to it.

Take out one screw lower right of that door panel.

Take out TWO screws under the inside door pull handle black section.

Pull the whole inside door handle section off the big door panel.

Take out one screw that's behind that door handle section.

Lift the ENTIRE door panel straight up, then pull out.

If you have manual windows, take the off first obviously.

The piece at the top is thermally welded to the main door panel.

i ground all the plastic tabs off on the back then reapplied it with screws and washers..

i used a lighter heated the plastic tabs till they were hot and then popped them out. And used screws and washers to put it back on
