Rubberized my interior

I tore my carpet out a while back because it was wet and rotting due to my front windshield leaking water on the passenger side. I didnt like leaving just the floor exposed and wanted to do something to it. So i decided i would herculine my truck below the body line on the side to protect from rock chips and also do the interior while i was at it. Then i got to thinking maybe i didnt want herculiner on the side of my truck so i would just do the inside first. Well got it done yesterday and put the seats back in today. it turned out ok but i dont know if want something that rough on the side of my truck yet or not so im waiting to do that. I will try to up load pics sometime.

yeah forgot to mention that the first pic is after one coat the second one is after two. there is a place or two that i either missed the second coat or didnt get it on thick enough and you can see a little bit of red showing through but its not bad.

I'd be worried about the wiring exposed. I feel like I'd catch my feet on it. Keep an eye out for some stock vinyl floor. That'll function the same and look much nicer.

I havent had my carpet in for about a year. the wires are protected pretty good from the loom and all the tape that is on it. plus its fastened to the floor pretty tight and havent had a catching problem with it yet so we will see.

Update just putting the pics back in the thread since the server crashed. it cleans up pretty easy but does show alot of dust. Its nice to be able to just pull the plug and scrub it down with a stiff brush and soap.

Just put carpet or rubber flooring over it and you are golden!
