Interior Rear Cab Wall

Since it is just me and my husband and our two dogs. I didn't need the rear jump seats in my truck. And really didn't want them. I ended up removing them out of the truck.. I also don't like the little jack storage area. I'm not a fan of the little jack. So I'm removed that as well. Now I have some holes in the rear cab wall panels where the jack and seats were. Has anyone else removed them out of their trucks and if so, what did you all do?
I plan on getting new carpet for the truck and will just cut it to fit the complete area.

Your best bet is to just get some carpet, cut it to fit the shape/contour of the panel and then either glue it, staple it, or find some other way to firmly secure it. That will hide all of the holes and help with sound deadening.
