Mastercraft baja rs vs Smittybuilt baja rs
 

I am looking into replacing my old 60/40 w/some aftermarket seats. Last year at truckfest in ATL, I looked at some mastercraft seats(the baja rs). The rep told me that they make the brackets for rangers. Catch is, they're $500ish a piece. Since then, I've seen Smittybuilt baja rs seats. I know smittybuilt is known for jeep accessories. However, judging from the pics, they appear to be identical, color, pattern, everything. Does anyone know anything concerning these 2 products?
