No cluster or interior switch lights

I have replaced the fuses in cab, head light switch, and dimmer switch, but still no lights in cluster except idiot lights. My 4x4 switch doesn't light up nor does my hvac controls.

I have a 2000 ranger xlt 3.0 ext cab. I can't for life of me figure out why I can't get any lights working.

Ford uses a light blue/red stripe wire from dimmer wheel out to the back lights in the cluster and dash

The dimmer should have 4 wires, not just 2
For the back lights there will be a Brown wire from main light switch, it has 12v when main light switch is turned to Park or Headlights
Then dimmer wheel will send out 0-12v on the blue/red wire to all the back lights, depending on position

The other 2 wires are 12v full time(via battery saver relay), and then out to Dome light, so when you turn dimmer up all the way you should get a "click" and dome light will come on
Separate circuit from back lights

So parking light fuse is #11 in ENGINE fuse box, 15amp, it powers the back lights as well, so thats the fuse for the dash lights, only one, nothing in the cab fuse box

If you have keyless entry then there will be a Park Light relay, in the cab, this was added so park lights can be flashed by keyless lock and unlock
The brown 12v wire is also powered by this relay, but if Parking lights are working then this relay is working if you have it

The rear park lights share the same Brown wire with the dimmer, so check tail lights to make sure they are working
Front park lights are on a different circuit, but use same relay and also use a brown wire

I would start with the brown wire at the dimmer, see if you have 12volts with Park Lights ON, also check to make sure all 4 corners have Park lights

Now on to my last 3 issues, windows have lost power, wipers don't work (signals and high beam still do though) and power locks try to operate but don't. Time to do some searching in the threads.
