Well, I just learned that 98-02 A-pillar trim is different from 03+

So, how should I go about making these work, or should I just give up and cry?

It is awfully difficult to cut plastic pieces and re-glue the new piece on a new part and expect it to stay, whats the advantage of the different A-pillar pieces? do they look different?

How do you attach the grab handle to the old style pillars? They don't have the mount tabs to screw the handle to. do they?

Apparently the 98-02 grab handle A pillars are really hard to find, but you still have to have the metal tabs behind the holes to screw the handles into

Well, my secret is a plastic welder. Sand them smooth, texture paint and top coat with the correct interior color. I have done ALOT of custom work to my interior with that.

I'd have to see them for real, but you might be able to do some slight modification and move the clip. I can't remember what they all look like.

The problem is that the clip is too large, it sticks out further than mine, I can seat the clip, but with it being longer, the trim doesn't sit flush.

so trim the plastic the clip attaches too. A little bit off the top and sides and it should fit.
