Added EATC and auto lights ala Griggs. Best mod yet. +

I'd love to try the EATC mod as there is a salvage yard nearby with lots of Explorers with those in them, but I'm kind of intimidated with the amount of work thats involved. Someday I may get motivated enough to try it.
