Passenger Seat Belt Rattle

I am unsure if it is just my truck or if it is normal in all Super-Cab Rangers but my passenger seat belt clip hangs lower than my drivers side. Plus when I hit bumps or etc, it hits up against the trim panel on the rear door to create rattle noise. Is there a way to move the metal clip up on the belt or something? I don't have this issue on the driver's side because it sits higher up on the belt.

I hear you on that one. But I just thought there would be a fix for it besides buckling the seat belt.

Nevermind I think I am going to try to relocate the seat belt stop. The part I am going to try to use is the Dorman 74357.
