Power Door locks

I have been looking at getting power locks for my truck, do you guys know what kit i need for my truck? I would be more than willing to do a write up during the install, since i could not find one.

Any that will mount to the push rods on the inside of the doors.

I bought some off ebay last yr, and installed them, very simple. Hardest part i had to do was to bend the wire so it would mount to the push rod and the door at a good angle to allow it to push the lock up and pull it back down.

I have a kit from ebay at home that I will be installing after Christmas and will be doing a write-up on. I'll let you know how it goes.

Ranger locks are rod-actuated. That's the hardest part of the install, bending the rods correctly and "timing" the actuators w/ the factory rods. Not because it's that difficult, but because of the mounting location necessary for the Rangers. You kind of have to do it by feel, because you can't get your hands and head in there. Look on A1's website. They have a page w/ several photos of a Ranger install. If you don't get them timed right, they will lock/unlock in a cycle, or vice versa, instead of just locking or unlocking like you want them too. I got lucky and got it right the first try. Do run the wires through the factory cab to door boots for a clean look. other than that, it's pretty straightforward. Don't use a powered test light to determine which wires to use for the keyless, because they won't lock or unlock. it has to be a simple, non-powered test light to get them to cycle. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about the install.
