ebay, junkyard and on here are your best options... a dealer will charge way to much.

i might be selling mine in a little bit. The map lights dont work but everything else works perfect, let me know if youre interestedohc002-1.jpg?t=1199317518

The wiring is simple. There are 2 wires that go to your existing dome light, 1 is a ground, 1 is a power supply, and 2 go to the temp sensor outside. The only hard part is cutting into your head liner and making sure you are doing it right.

You can expect to find a good unit from $40-$75 which include all the parts... bracket, wiring harness, console, and temp guage. Dont pay anymore then that.

Honeslty it might be the best mod I have done to the interior. If you think you can do it... do it.

its actually Reeeally easy. just read it over a few times, make sure you know which wire you need to connect to in the GEM and your set, took me like 30 mins to wire completely

I agree the wiring is easy and Lord of War forgot 2 wires, theres 8 wires that you need to connect altogether. It really is a easy mod thats worth it in my book. I love mine!

There's how-to's on my Cardomain site, I think pages 3 and 4, describing mounting and wiring it. Lot's of folks have used it successfully if you need more info.

2 connect to the GEM right? I didnt do those but I should.

When I cut my head liner I put the OHC where I planned on mounting it and pushed it pretty hard into the liner. It makes a few marks on the liner to give you your bearings on were to and not to cut. When you start to cut just use really sharp tools and start small.

I am gonna repaint mine all black soon. 04blackedge I really like how yours looks... bad azz.

You have the Gray/Black that goes to the GEM but then theres one other. I like how my OHC turned out, I did my Mustang Domelight the same color as well, it was super easy. Couple passes with the adhesion promoter and then a couple coats of black. You would never be able to tell if it was orginally tan now unless you flip it over.

If you don't do the GY/BK to the GEM then it will freeze up the readings on the temperature a lot, particularly in warm weather.

There's logic that inhibits temperature updates except when you're moving to keep engine heat from influencing the sensor so much.

The dealership will be way overpriced. Just get one from a member on here or eBay. Theres a ton on eBay.

I think its behind the radio, look in Grigg's Cardomain for all the details on them, I don't know them off the top of my head.
