huh? you're saying using that stuff inside your weatherstripping caused your door alignment to be off on top?

The vid was removed by the user, or so according to YouTube. I've had wind noise since day 1 with my Ranger. If I grab the top inside of the door and pull it inward while driving, the wind noise disappears on that door. Needless to say I just need to get around to doing something about it (i.e. getting fatter weatherstripping or putting something behind the weatherstripping so it sticks out more.)

I put weather stripping around both door frames on both sides and it worked great, until I put the window deflectors on, so now my windows dont seal up quite as neatly as they did before.
but there is still far less noise now than before.

well I guess window deflectors serve 2 purposes now: being ugly, and creating wind noise :)

I found that if I pull the window to the rear while putting the window up helps some.
So I was thinking, WHAT IF, the front of the window track was lined with a piece of say Teflon, pushing the window back in its track ?

any comments ?
