99: Upper door jamb upholstery removal.

I need to work on the upper portion of the driver side door-seal/retainer, (rust, etc).'

There is a section of "plastic" upholstery that runs across the top of the door-jamb, and down to "just below" the windshield, that I'd like to remove.

I assume it's attached with clips, but it's in excellent shape, and I don't want to "tear it up" by prying "blindly" about.

Anyone with experience with upholstery, and/or door-seal replacement--- I'd appreciate some tips.

Beast regards,
Leigh

That plastic piece is just pillar trim. I know 96+ rangers they are held in by retaining clips and pop out easily plus the plastic is pretty sturdy as well. You won't have an issue at all, good luck
