Jack removal/relocate

I am getting ready to put in a sub behind my passenger seat in my 05 reg. cab... I need to move the Jack in order to do so, but I would like to keep it in the truck for 'just incase' reasons. Any ideas where to re-locate it to?

Any input will be nice. Thanks!

Good question. Maybe a corner of the bed.

Maybe you could modify the glove box to hold it if you don't use that much.

Other then that... I'm not really sure where to put it.

Mount it underneath, next to the spare tire.

in my 97 i took it out and fab'd a mount and put it front of the bed on the rail cap. it worked good because i could still use the bed to haul cinder block, and other stuff.

I throw mine in the bed or in the tool box in the bed.

I threw mine in a box behind my seat and lined the jack storage spot with foam. It serves as an excellent place to carry liquor bottles, Jack or even a handle fits... (Get it, the cover says Jack/Handles)

I'm looking for somewhere to mount mine as well. In the bed or under is not happening for me. The last thing I want is the Jack to be siezed up when I need it

Others have said this but why not under one of the seats? Just make sure its secure so it doesn't roll around or what not.
