Has anyone figured out how to get rid of those fugly warning decals on the visors? I hate those things. I have swapped sides with the visors to hide them when the visor is up, but would like to get rid of them completely.

Nope, but that would be cool. The decals are going for around 10 bucks for 2, but they were hard to find on ebay, i had to do a good bit of searching.
