OHC Map light

So, I just received my OHC the other day. Noticed the Map light sockets were missing. Anyone have a ford part number, or any way of understanding how to install them? I'm lost.

Also by any chance, My OHC is the sunroof model, I noticed that the mounting is different. Will it be a problem if I use that mounting system, or should I get the long mounting plate.

yes the sun roof OHC has the short mount. There are no clips/screws in the back. You can do one of 2 things. Put the black plastic up above the head liner. or you can just take the black "clip" on the back off. Just the 2 metal clips up front should be strong enough to hold it.

You should just need the light bulbs for the lights. If not I will return to the junk yard and find them for you free of charge.

How do they mount in then? isn't there a bucket or something that the bulbs mount into to slide into the light?

I am going to the local pull a part tomorrow so i will get what I need while I am there shoping.

As far as I know the bolts just slide into the holes. I maybe wrong.

Hey I need a couple of these, They are the bezels around the fog lights in an 04 or 05. Ive been looking for them for a long time and cant find them. I will pay you back plus some. Just dont pay more then $10 for them.

There's two different styles of bulb sockets on explorer ohcs....one style is very similar to the gauge cluster bulb holders...takes 906 bulbs. The other....i believe is the glass fuse lookin' bulbs.
